Whereabouts - At Large
Bastion is from an alternative dimension, and is a merge of the Sentinel Master Mold and Nimrod from other dimensions. However, not even he knows this himself, but his own existence has provided great research material.
Sebastion Gilberti is a false identity created for the purpose of Operation: Zero Tolerance. He is currently on Weapon Plus' most wanted list for deleting their identity records of his Prime Sentinels and Omega Prime Sentinels test subjects and taking off with the only copy.
Background
Bastion is actually a merge of the Sentinel Master Mold and Nimrod from another world. During the power release, it ripped a dimensional portal which he emerged from, but with a blank slate.
Bastion's primary directives activated at that point, and he began to form Operation: Zero Tolerance. He was picked up by Weapon Plus at this point and his research was absorbed.
When his project was shut down right before achieving full activation, he stole the identity files and deleted them from the Weapon Plus databases. Now he is on the most wanted list of Weapon Plus, particularly pissing them off after they never forgave Weapon X for branching off.
Bastion has decided to set up his own headquarters to put his plans into effect.
