Baron Heinrich Zemo was the Baron Zemo during Nazi Germany and World War II. A Nazi Super Scientist he was a constant thorn in the side of the Invaders and Nick Fury's Howling Commandos. It was on a mission to stop Heinrich Zemo in Iceland that lead to Captain America lost in the North Atlantic and Bucky dead.

Background

Heinrich Zemo was the Baron Zemo during the rise of Nazi Germany. As a proud German and an elitist, he joined the Nazi party. He worked creating superweapons for the Nazi. During a raid by Captain America to destroy a batch of Adhesive X, an accident left Baron Zemo mask bonded to his face. After World War II, Baron Zemo escaped to South America to build a Kingdom in the jungle and raise his son. His greatest success the death of Captain America.
