Jocasta is currently being built by Dr. Hank Pym and Tony Stark with input from Dr. Bruce Banner to not only manage the new clean energy project with the arc reactors, but also to assist the V.I. JARVIS with security at the Avengers Academy and look after the students. Furthermore, she is a secret backup plan in case of the return of Ultron. Her A.I. personality is actually based on Wasp, along with copies of brain wave patterns and more.
