Title: Mission: Intergang: Mayor Office Take 2
Author: IC: J. Jonah Jameson & Phil Ulrich, OOC: Lulu & Code Junkie
Article: Continuing with the Daily Bugle's election feed on the New York City Mayoral run, on channel 63-7 on WJJJ on his show JJJ Chat , intern Phil Ulrich covers the other candidate announcements, along with chain smoking photographer Nick Katzenberg constantly blowing cigar smoke into the camera and obscuring the feed. Intern Phil states, "Unknown blood from the past, a new politician steps up to the plate in the Democratic party. Justine Hammer, daughter of currently wanted Justin Hammer, and current CEO of Hammer Industries has joined the race for mayor today. Here she is now!"

The camera zooms in to give a close-up of Justine, her hair cut a bit on the short side with that white streak, and she wears a trustworthy face well. Phil asks, "What would you do with New York City if you are voted mayor, Miss Hammer?"

Justine Hammer smiles softly at the question, "What wouldn't I do would be a better question. But to answer yours, I'd prove to the people that though I may not be responsible for my Father's sins, I know it is still my duty as his daughter to heal the wounds he caused. It has taken hard work to get Hammer Industries back on its feet to where I've actually increased its number of branches and the number of people employed. I want to do the same for the city. I want to make sure people have access to their base rights: a job to work, good benefits, and an excellent education for their children, and in reality, more than that, hope. When people have hope, they are invested in the future and the next generation can only get better. I want to lay a foundation for people to have that hope and achieve their dreams, where poverty and unemployment is on an honest decrease."

Phil inquires, "Isn't that more of a Republican outlook, Miss Hammer?"

"Absolutely not. This is about the people, not about the corporations. Corporations are merely empty shells without loyal and hardworking people to fill them. If corporations want to succeed, they have to take care of those that hold them up. This is often neglected for the extra dollar so that someone higher up the food chain can have an increased paycheck or bonus. It needs to stop. Competition is good, but if you neglected your health does your quality of life not decrease? It's the same thing in other aspects of life. If you neglect one part of society, the other parts will also decrease in quality and stability. I'm about the people, and for the future. There will be a tomorrow, it and will be an amazing one."

Phil finishes up and is back and looking at the camera, "Similar, and yet different platforms, and a lot of questions left unanswered. This looks like it is going to be quite an interesting race this year."

Nick Katzenberg starts to cough loudly as he drops the camera over on Phil's foot, and Phil lets out a series of yelps, "AUGH MY TOE!!" The camera retreats back to the office of J. Jonah Jameson.

"There you have it! And why the hell did we send that #$#* Intern to cover it?" Someone behind the camera mutters something about cheapness. "I HEARD THAT BETTY!"

Jameson continues, "So now we've seen both major candidates, and we at the Bugle will continue to offer updates and coverage of the mayoral campaign as it continues, along with both candidates plans to deal with that MENACE Spider-Man!"
